Commissioning me means you agree to my Terms of ServiceNote: My progress gets slower due to busy schedule from school. I may also experience art block for weeks but always remember that despite my slow progress, I will still complete your commission. Please don’t rush me. Thank you!
NON-COMMERCIAL USE ART🌸 First Come First Serve Basis. The first person to pay will get the earliest slot available. Kindly check the update section available in my homepage to see which slot you can occupy. Payment means you secured your slot. STRICTLY NO REFUND AND CANCELLATION.🌸 Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the character or piece. Clients will also shoulder the transaction fee of PayPal.🌸 Clients must send references first before I send an invoice.🌸 Commissioned work is strictly for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. I have a separate ToS below for commercial use commissions.🌸 Clients who availed non-commercial use cannot reupload my commission with the intent to resell, profit off, and use commercially.🌸 Maximum of 3 revisions can be done during sketch stage only. I do not apply modifications after the commission is finish, otherwise it would cost extra payment per revision.🌸 I will send you updates of my progress from time to time or if there will be any delay. I do my best to make my clients feel that their commission is not abandoned.🌸 Clients cannot use the progress photos I will send for any other purposes other than commissioning me. Clients cannot edit, alter, change or make another artist trace my work.🌸 My turn around time is 1 week to 2 months per artwork depending on the complexity of the piece and the workload from school. Finished artwork will be sent via Gmail or Google Drive.🌸 Clients must credit me and include a link to any of my social media accounts when they post/upload the artwork.🌸 I have the right to post the artwork on any of my social media accounts and include them in my portfolio.🌸I have the right to decline a commission.🌸 No artwork bought from me may be used in any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.🌸 Do not upload the commissioned artwork/s to any AI art website.
COMMERCIAL USE ART🌸 All of the terms that was stated in non-commercial use still applies to commercial use art commission.🌸 The price for commercial use is double the base price + additional fee. Additional fee includes the transaction fee of PayPal and the fee for the complexity of the character.🌸 Clients will have the rights to use the artwork to make profit or use in any ad-supported sites. This also includes the rights to use it for a website where you promote products or works.🌸 "Commercial Use” means that the image can be used directly or indirectly in the marketing and promotion of a product that results in monetary gain.
